The Delaware Campaign part 2: Dingman's Bridge

Inside your friend's house you found a map and key to where he keeps his boat. The map is a map of the Delaware River. You decide that it would be smartest to head upstream to a town or village,possibly where the Zombies haven't yet come. You leave the house,and head west. Then your party exclaims that they have reached the Delaware. Now, your objective is to cross the bridge and get into the building, on the other side, where your friend's boat is.
Note,at the very edge of the map is the building. You should see it on your minimap, but can't see it from the sky.
